My neighbors have been fumigated several times, the last fumigation was in Oct. Our apt. building never tells us when the neighbors have bed bugs but i found one in the entry way and asked that our untit be checked also but with an epidemic like this going on the landlord really should let us know when other units have them so we can take extra precautions. Our manager had our apt checked by an exterminator several times after the sighting and was very cooperative.
