Bedbugs found in October, 2010. Landlord hired company Cleggs extermination to deal with the situation. Bedbugs have not been exterminated after a few mishaps by the extermination company (said we did not need mattress encasements, did not spray one bedroom, did not spray the other one completely, left mattress encasement unzipped after not even spraying the mattress, has not sprayed the whole house, and has not checked downstairs in the other tenant property) This has persisted for 6 weeks now

as I am writing (December 15, 2010). As a result of the blunders, Bed bugs are still here and have spread to other parts of the house. Cleggs and landlord refuse to believe we still have "live activity" despite bites on my legs and handing them a bag with a bedbug found in my room. They have continued to agree to spray, albeit reluctantly, but only use one chemical (rather than a mix). Landlord has, of today, said she will not hire a new company.
We (my roommate and I) were going to split the cost of the heat treatment, but the landlord refused us to do that, saying she would take care of it.
