I lived there 2 years ago and had the same problem, nobody did anything about it, all they offered me was 100 dollars and move out with 30 day notice.
These people are worse than satan.
They don't care about people just money.

I moved in on April 2008, and for a few months I didn't know the insect bites that I see on my body almost every night are from the bed bugs. I reported the problem to the management office several times but they didn't pay attention until I did research and realized that my apartment has bedbugs. It took them another month to come to my apartment to spray and they threw out my bed and furniture but it didn't solve the problem and bed bugs came back even after changi
ng the carpet and as of now september 2008 bedbugs are still in my apartment and I am planning to move out asap. According to one of the staff another apartment in my building had this problem before I moved in but they never told me about it when I complained about the insect bites. The manager, Jeremy Devlin, never admitted any negligence of their part and he never apologized for anything. At the end all what he offered was: "If you are willing to stay then we are willing to offer $400 for any inconvenience you may have endured not due to any negligence on our part. Please let me know whether you would like to stay with the $400 concession or move out with a 30 day notice and no term fees."
