Moved in Spring 2011, moved out Summer 2011. Second and third floors had horrible infestations. Bed bugs were living in the ceiling, infested all of our stuff, causing us to throw all of our furniture away. Management company worked with us, but we still had to move and get all new furniture.

Vicious bedbugs on third floor and second floor from approximately 1/2007 till at least 12/2007 with no help from landlord to remedy it. I moved before issue was resolved.
