had a bed bug infestation for several months in apartment 201. the apartment complex treated the problem by hiring exterminators but the bugs still came back after 3 treatments.

additionally, the apartment complex was vague and unorganized when it came to planning the strategy for treatment. we were never clear on the date of extermination, despite the arduous process that it was to prepare for a spraying.
