For the comment above - I used to live in this apartment too and lived in the Basement and there were no Bed bugs in my suite. As for the 2 unfinished suites accros the hall-- Bed bugs can not live where people don't sleep. I realize they can live up to a year without a feed but the people who lived there before did not have them. They are brought in by people therefore whoever had the bugs in their suite brought them in themselves. They didn't crawl up from a vacant apartment.

Lived at 728 Dorchester for long time - no bed bugs in our suite, nor with neighbours. No mice either. Sure, some spiders and some bugs have appeared from time to time. Not a problem, though.
