My boyfriend and I lived at 370 Stradbrook for years. There were bed bugs and also a severe outbreak of head lice. (the dryers were not working for monts). The reports were made to Winpark Dorchester (The property management company) and NOTHING was ever done about it.
It seems like the building manage cared more about ignoring the tenants than being responsible. We moved out.

Bugs were treated immediatly and there have been none since.

someone on the top floor at this building got bedbugs. seemed like an isolated incident not a major infestation. they were fumigated twice and no neighbours have reported them spreading. seems like they are gone and it was hopefully a fluke but me and another tenant will be moving out just in case.
