December 2010 - This building has been gutted right down to the concrete floors and walls. It has had all asbestos and any other hazardous materials removed and inspected by Workplace health and safety and the City of winnipeg. I worked on the site. It was sold to a local developer and he has practically torn this location down. Good riddens

I worked at this hotel for about six months, and every week it was a different room that we would find bed bugs in. They were mainly on the second or third floor, but now people move them all over the hotel. One man was severely bitten once and the hotel is still in a lawsuit with the man. Aside from bed bugs I also know that they had a flea problem from a bunch of stray cats a guest kept in her, the problem started in room 510 and worked its way right down to the second floor.
