Bed bugs were found. Started in #207, and then moved up to #307. Pest control came, sprayed everywhere, then re-sprayed. Oh, and by the way, the rent in this building will continuously go up. They may have done renovations, but what that all means is they're now exempt from rental increase restrictions. Good luck!
