There was an issue in one suite, over two years ago. We treated the surrounding suites for bedbugs and the entire building for roaches. there has been no re-occurrence. We are very diligent regarding pests and have a regular pest inspection and preventative service. During last months visit the pest control guy advised us that there are multiple buildings in the alleyway with bed bugs, as a preventative measure we had him spray the building perimeter.

December 22, 2008 was informed by landlord that apartment on 2nd floor had bedbugs because tenant had brought in a mattress from outside, and that the 12th floor had cockroaches.
