My husband and I are the care takers at 625 Broadway. We live here with our 11 month old baby.

We were very suprised when a potential tenant drew our attention to the report of bedbugs in our building since we have not had any issues in the time that we have been here and none of our tenants have encountered any problems either.

Then we realized this report was made early last year. This building has since come under new ownership and new management. The suites - and entire building - were

completely renovated and we have a brand new set of tenants.

I assure you, I would be the first person to be alarmed if there were ANY pest problems in this building... especially bedbugs!

625 Broadway is a very clean, modern and well-maintained building and we look forward to seeing other properties in the area renovated in the months ahead!
