Bed bugs were found at 52 Edmonton by a tenant. Sussex Realty didn't get someone out until the next week and were terrible in regards to notifying the tenant of anything. (No email or phone replies just one day I showed up and the place was fumigated.)
The first fumigation seemed to go well, no bites for a while. Then they started happening again. I alerted Sussex and didn't hear back from them for weeks. Called again and didn't hear back but eventually my care taker mentioned that they'd be
by to spray in a few days. When I got back the apartment smelt slightly like it had been fumigated but not nearly as heavily as before. Days later I was already getting bites again.
A follow up fumigation was scheduled for November 1st so we'll see how that goes. As it stands Sussex and Low Cost Exterminators haven't managed to get rid of what they called a "very early infestation." I can only imagine how bad this would be if there'd been a lot of them!
