We did have bed bugs a few months ago — and the Management company of this block did spray, twice! After the first time they sprayed, I still caught a few bed bugs in my traps. A week later they sprayed again. I can't speak for the other apartments, but my apartment has been bed bug free since the second spraying — but, of course, as we all know by now, bed bugs can "hibernate" for up to 18 months, so who knows if this apartment block really is "bed bug free."
