Apartment 16B. Discovered them on Boxing Day 2008. Major infestation of the bed. We threw out everything that was around the bed and washed every bit of linen in the entire apartment. An exterminator came and told us one treatment usually works, but we might see a few afterwards. Discovered our couch was infested May 2009. Moved out and made the caretaker aware of the situation, advising him to exterminate again once we were out. I don't think he did this cause someone moved in right after
