At least 3 suites not including the one mentioned in the other report and sightings of adult bugs in the main hallway in mid day (not a good sign as they are generally not active in the day).

i went to look at a suite in this building in mid-January, suite 23, the girl was honest and I respect that, not too many ppl would be. she told me that the building had a bad infestation around November of 2009 and her suite caught bugs. she then had to throw out most of her furniture, etc, all that fun stuff :P I called the landlord to inquire about the suite for the hell of it and asked about any pest problems, he said they never had problems before, not even one bug! what a f**king liar!
