I am a former tenant. there has been a bedbug infestation from the beginning of 2007. from what i understand the bedbugs where spreading throughout the building. I know floor 2,3 and the 4th were affected currently I'm not sure how many more units are affected. I know they are consistently getting sprayed but they have no effect on the bugs. This building is owned by manitoba housing. So beware!
