the old caretaker didn't fix nothing at all and didn't do anything about the bedbugs and took peoples money he tryed asking me for money for holding the place for me but he didn't even hold it for me because i knew he wasn't holding it for me but i got the place and i'm a single mother and i'm on welfare and i'm so happy but the new caretaker is so nice and fix things that needed fixing and the old caretaker never stoped the drinking and drugs in the building because he told me that there wasn't

HAD A VERY UNPLEASANT STAY..ONLY LASTED 3+ WEEKS..ITS COCKROACH INFESTED..BED BUGS..AND A VERY SCARY CARETAKER WHO STANDS IN FRONT OF THE DOOR AND LISTENS FOR EVERY SOUND..AND HE ALSO GOES INTO THE SUITES WHEN THEY ARE UNOCCUPIED OR WHEN NOBODY'S HOME..HE DEMANDS CASH FOR FAVOURS LIKE A PIECE OF FURNITURE OR IF YOU NEED TIME TOO PAY UP FOR YOUR RENT..AND HE POCKETS THAT MONEY FOR HIMSELF AND DOESNT WANT TOO PROVIDE THE OWNERS NAME AND HE DOESNT EVEN PROVIDE RECIEPTS AND TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE

A few months ago, the neighbor downstairs told me he had bedbugs, and I recently found out he sold the mattress to someone else who lives in the block. I have also seen others draggind mattresses into the building from the trash. I have bed bug covers, but have noticed telltales smears of blood on my sheets. What can I do? I am on E.I.A. and can hardly afford to eat, much less replace furniture and do loads of laundry.
