tuff to move we were supposed to be there for 10 days. No one ever came to help me. It took me 2 hours to move. It was very difficult to do while chasing my son! After I finished I went down and complained not knowing it was the manager who said he would help. I recieved a phone call from him appologizing. He told me how he had moved from Vermont to Mass. by himself. Later that evening My fiance got back from working a 12 hour day setting tile. I went to lay on my heating pad on the bed, and there it was a BUG! I couldnt get to the phone fast enough I called down to the front desk, but by this time the managers had changed, and it was this younger girl with a real attitude. I asked her to send someone up right now to see the bug in my bed!! "yeah ok" she said. I waited for at least 20 minutes and no one came. I called down for the second time and she hung up on me!! Well I was beside myself, so my fiance went and got someone. As I went to get the door I fell over my strolled as I was running for the door. He came in and called down and confirmed Yes there is a bug in the Bed!! We then went down to the desk, and they moved us to a different room on a different floor. We moved our things for the 3rd time. There also was only one elevator working out of 3, so you can imagine how long it took to move. We open the door to the new room and it was down sized from the rooms we were staying in! We went back down and told the girl our stuff wont even fit in the room let alone a crib on top of it! WE were not the ones who initially rented the rooms. We had come with a group of people and my fiances's boss was the one who reserved the rooms. The manager said she was going to check and see if she could send us to a different hotel. This all started at at 6:30 pm. 3 hours later we were still waiting to hear something. My son at this point is sleeping in his stroller cause usually he's in bed by 7pm at the very latest. There were no vacancy's in any hotels because there was a convention going on and a Boston Red Sox game. The manager offered to put us in 2 rooms. 1 for our clothes and 1 for us to sleep in. The next day the other manager sat down and talked to me. I told him that something needed to be done about our clothes cause now everything was infested, as were are going to room to room spreading the bugs through out the hotel and every time we changed rooms they would spray bug spray and put someone else in the room!! I asked for a crib to be brought to the room and not the one from the other room that I wanted a new one. I waited an hour didnt they bring the same crib!!!! I called back down and told them I want a different crib. They did NOT bring the baby a crib until 11:40 pm!!!! The manager said the hotel would not pay to have our clothes dry cleaned. I told him the clothes have to be cleaned. Well I ended up going to the laundry mat for 3 hours with my 18 month old son who is also teething mind you. He cried the whole time. Meanwhile when we were gone the hotel did move our other things that I had packed up and had ready, but they did Not bring my son a crib. After I get back from spending 3 hours at the laundry mat my son was SO tired. I call down for a crib. Again it took them at least 2 hours to bring it for me. Now it is Thursday night I have one day before we were leaving to come home. I spent it sleeping with my baby. Now I am faced with a new delema. WE are still getting bit. 2 of the guys also on the trip with us were also getting bit. I called the health dept. of course it was friday and 2 out of 3 inspectors were on vacation. The inspector said that he would call corperate. Now what do I do about bring our stuff home and contaiminating my 3000 sq.ft. house? We put all of our stuff on the tool trailer we didnt want to infect my car too. Now we are home and all of our stuff is sitting in our mud room with bugs. I called the corperate office first thing yesterday morning and explained the situation they had a girl call me back and said that :THey would not compensate us any further. What they would do is next time we came to their hotel they would UPGRADE OUR ROOM FOR 1 NIGHT!!!" I told them we will NOT EVER be coming back to their Hotel! I also told them they will be losing alot of money because we will be coming back for 3 weeks, but we will not be staying there!
