This is the 3rd incident of bed bugs at this building. The management company is not properly addressing the issue. They have sprayed once for each infestation instead of the required 3times.I have spoken to the board of health about what the proper steps are to rectify this problem. At my sons unit they only sprayed the infested room, not the whole apt, and he is still waiting for the co. to come back and take the proper action.
