This is a follow-up to my prior post.

The management company did send an exterminator, and I have a follow up in 2 weeks. However, because they are still not treating the whole place, I'm sure they'll be back again some day.

My first floor neighbor moved out months ago, leaving their bed on the street with a big sign that said "BED BUGS DO NOT TAKE." on it. I called the management company, and they denied that there was a bed bug problem.

A month later my upstairs neighbor managed to get them to come and treat her apartment for bed bugs. They did not treat all three of the apartments. She ended up moving out.

Now, 4 months later I am covered in welts and have to find proof of an infestation. I don't understand
