In 3/2011-4/2011, discovered weird bites/rash on my legs and arms. Management came around because of reports of bed bugs in other units and found tracings of bed bugs in mine. They had to do two rounds of extermination. I tossed my bed just in case. Be wary of this building.

I was a tenant and lived in this apartment for 2 years. I saw bed bugs crawling around in my bed room and living room. Also, I got bites and had medical doctor checked (there's no treatment for bed bug bites though). The landlord sent exterminators but I still saw bed bugs and got bites after exterminations. I saw people lived in this building throwing out beds and furnitures all year round, which means the whole building might be affected by bed bugs. I would suggest people skip this building a
