upset tenant on 09/14/2011

The landlord did not tell us that apartment was infested with bedbugs when we moved in. I was bitten the very first night I spent in there. I developed an awful allergic reaction that my husband had to take me to the hospital. In about 4 or 5 days we started finding bugs and only after that we were told that the apartment was exterminated a week before we moved in and that exterminator informed the landlord about repeating the extermination.
