July 2009, apartments one and two infested with bed bugs. Occupants of both apartments bitten severely, had to dispose of all furniture. Landlord offered only a $7.00 spray (called Godd Night) and never made the suggestion to fumigate. Spray was totally inaffective, so we decided to move.
