4A: I've had problems with bed bugs in my unit on and off since moving in on July 1, 2007. The manager came in and sprayed a few times and that seemed to help for a little bit and during the winter, the bits would happen once or twice and then not again for another month or so. Throughout all of this, I never saw a bug till Jan 20, 2008 despite looking several times at all hours.
