I'm sorry to hear that so many people at this location have bed bug problems. If this location still has bed bugs have your administrator call The Bed Bug Pros hot-line at 888-738-9756.
Their experts can provide a plan to, not only, get rid of them, but also a plan to help make sure they don't come back.

*Please not this is a transitional residence run by the VA* On 9/20/2010 I found bed bugs in my apartment, I was able to capture one and I brought downstairs to the Administrative Assistant for the program and her reaction was to laugh! So I toook it upon myself to contact the Directer of the Hospital in Bedford Ma and he sent out someone the next day who inspected and reported that there was indeed an infestion in not only my apartment but others as well. He gave specific instructions to follow
prior to his return the next day to treat, the staffing for the program did not really take it too seriously and did not pass on intell to infected apartments. He came the next day (9/23/2010) and sprayed. He said that within 2 hours that all bugs should be dead. That is of course as long as his instruction were followed. Well on the morning of 9/25/2010 I woke to find more bed bugs in my bed as well as blood spotts on my sheets!
