This is a hotel that is also a dorm for UMass Lowell. Several rooms have been reported that they have bed bugs. However, the main person in charge, the Resident Advisor, is not treating the problem properly. Because it is also a hotel, they are trying to keep the issue a secret and are only treating the “infected” areas. However, it is not just an area that is infected; they are spreading by the day.
