bedbug worst problem on 03/19/2011

My boyfriend move into 5207 and been having a Issue with Beg bugs ever since I see there was a report on here since 2009 about Bed bugs and the office still won resolve the problem.

I live in the building at 5205 and my neighbor lives in the building at 5207 and they are both infested with bed bugs. We have contacted the pest control people ourselves to let them know we have this problem but the problem persists. The office is aware of the problem but proper treatment is not being provided, as each unit in the structure should be treated every 10-14 days until cleared.
