This is just utterly ridiculous. The entire building seems to be infested with bed bugs. Other tenants would agree. They get treated only for them to return months later.
When someone "does" report the issue to apartment management "residential life" not only are they treated quite rudely, but they are told to contact the hall director, who seems to not even care.
Initial treatment can take up to a week, and requires that you throw out a bunch of stuff and wash/bag the rest of it. After i
nitial treatment, you have to get used to rewashing and bagging everything for the next two months at least 3 more times.
Living here has cost me more money than I could even imagine, as I had to buy new furniture, as well as a bed, which is all RUINED now that they have only returned from another apartment months later after the supposed "treatment" was finished.
No rent relief. Not even "sorry" from management. You still pay all your rent while trying to budget in the loss of personal property.
Don't bother living here, avoid it at all costs. Getting any sort of decent support from residential life or any management at the university is a lost cause for the most part.
