Lived at hillcrest for just over 4 years. We found we had the horrible bugs after 4 years . When we reported it and asked if any one else had the problem. We were blamed for being friends with a couple from across the hall and that it was our own fault. Later we found that the people upstairs had had them for over a year unreported. They didn't think to tell the other people in the building. We where told we would need to pay for extermination and move out by the end of the month. We were watche
