Multiple apartments in Presidential Towers are infested with bed bugs. Residents are scared to tell the management because they have a cheap exterminator who comes in and just throws out all the furniture without really doing any investigation or treating the source. Bed bugs spread from apartment to apartment and DIY treatments are just not effective. Waterton has been ignoring the situation for years now. Do not move here!!
