06/29/2010 Unit 213 Tenants first saw the bed bugs in the carpet. They had no reports of the bugs in the bed at this time. Then, on their new mattress the week after, the tenants noticed the bugs all over the bed. About 20 days later, the tenants noticed the bed bugs on the couch and chairs.

3 other tenants in units 402, 303 and in 204 started noticing the same type of bugs in their carpet and furniture.

These tenants gave notice right after seeing the bugs. They reported the incident to
