Lived in building for 4 years now, never had an issue, then we moved to a lower floor. First year was fine then a bunch of new people moved in on our floor and out of nowhere we are infested. Management does not seem to know anything about the bugs or how to treat/kill them. In fact both times an exterminator came with his can of "stuff" (and no protective clothing or face mask) the biting got worse. Its like they wanted to fight back because we called the bug guy.
