This is a new senior apartment building in Lakeview. Two instances of bedbugs since building opened, both being brought in by tenants, one who bought a cheap mattress,and one who brought it back from a trip where they stayed in a hotel that was infested. Management has a written policy about bedbugs and distributed memo to all tenants; only problem, is that many people don't know how bad this problem is today & don't take precautions when travelling or buying used furniture, so they don't learn
