I live in the building and it is definitely infested ! The landlord filip is rude and unhelpful . And always claims Ur the only one with the problem. I've spoke with several people that live in the building andthey. Also claim to have the same problem and roach problem.

I had an infestation at this location not too long ago. The landlord, Filip was extremely unhelpful and said I was the only one with it, but apparently not if there's two other reports. One fell on my leg from the ceiling when I was using the bathroom, managed to flush him! But when I went to bed and woke up the next morning, they were all around my legs!! It was like a horror story!

There were even tenants above me who said they had it as well and I hope they made it out of there ok!

GO TO KIMS HARDWARE AT 6000ish N Broadway..Couch was covered with them. It's the last time I get a couch with ribbing around the edges, bc they love hiding in ribbing. Droppings were on the floor when I moved in, but I didn't recognize it or the smell. Maintainence doesn't know how to treat them and building manager is out of town, so I did research and bought a steam cleaner and diatomaceous earth powder. I have to redo all the laundry I have done and hopefully won't have to throw out anythin

June 2010 I had a huge infestation in my apartment. My landlord claimed I was the only one. They had my apartment treated twice. I bagged all my clothes that couldn't be washed. Bought a new mattress, rug, etc. I just found another bug one year later.
