Berwyn-Campbell management never does as they say they will. This has been a on going problem since april 2012, and they have only had the Aerex exterminator come out 3 times. Never a follow-up treatment/s to get rid of this problem. They have increased everybody's rent but refuse to tackle this issue. The issue arouse in April, then May, June and again in August. Then we had the luxury of the bugs returning in October, December and now in January (what a way to start the new year!). The landlo

rd is a feisty asshole as well as the owners of the building. I should save the bugs i collect and drop them in the main office so they can entertain these lovely house guests!!!!

This building is nasty!!! The management company gives you nothing but the run around. I brought the bugs with me to my place of employment (which was humiliating, to say the least). My suggestion to all tenant who live there is to leave your belongs and get the hell out!!!!

This is the guy who posted on 4/15/11. Berwyn Campbell Management promised me on May 5th that they would come and spray the apartment for the third time but this time they would spray the surrounding units. The exterminator didn't come until May 25th and I asked him directly which apartmenets he was going to spray and he said he was only told to spray our unit. We're moving out of this dump. Berwyn Campbell Management is the worst.

We have bed bugs. They have had to spray twice but it won't help because the landlord only spays our unit, not the surrounding apartments.

This has cost us over $2,000 so far.

Bed bug problem seems to be under control at this point - the landlord has been responsive - but it is a perennial problem in the unit.
