Every floor of this building has been found to be infested by bed bugs. They brought bed-bug sniffing dogs which detected them. The owners of the different units, however, have not hired an actual bed-bug extermination company to get rid of them. They're having the maintenance people spray the units instead-- which is not good. In addition to bed bugs, the building also has a roach problem.
