The bedbugs have returned, this time in a different unit. Management is spraying weekly and took action right away. However, until they hire a professional pest control company, they're playing dice not loaded in their favor.

Bed Bugs were first reported Sept. 2009 and according to the person that made that report, it took Lee Street company about 2 weeks before addressing the situation. Despite requests from myself and neighbor to have a professional come in to exterminate, they continued to bring in their own maintenance crew. Their crew did a poor job (never opened windows to ventilate as the MSDS sheet for the chemicals they were spraying clearly stated was necessary, sprayed childrens toys without informing tena

nts, left puddles of chemicals everywhere, unreliable with times, etc.) Although they sprayed every Friday up until March 2010, it seemed to us that it was done mostly so they could avoid lawful action being taken against them for neglecting to address the situation. I won't be surprised if the Bed Bugs are still there and will continue to be there until a professional can come in and do what they are trained for.
