I lived here from December 2007 to August 2008. In June, I first noticed bed bugs. I reported it to management, who ignored the request repeatedly, before finally offering to bug bomb, which has been proven ineffective for battling these insects. I instead contracted an extermination company on my own. They came out and cleared out the bed bugs, but I was reinfested within weeks. found a large bed bug infestation, reported it and they sent a pest control company to get rid of them. they didn't announce anything. it is still too recent to know if this treatment was effective, but i want out. now.

Bed bugs were reported to management 2 months ago and they didnt tell anyone. They instead moved the persons to another apartment and cleaned up everything quietly.
