I believe the bedbugs are in lower populations than the moths, flies, cockroaches, and centipedes -- but they're certainly here. I just started layering up and stripping sheets every day. Agreed- building maintenance is beyond terrible.

my neighbor had a bedbug infestation and put his mattress in the hallway. Eventually, I found bed bug bites on my body. The building management co. is SO bad...I would guess the whole building has them by now
