As property manager of this building I can tell you, we have been attempting to rid this property for many months now. Without complete cooperation from tenants regarding preparation it is a losing battle. Two tenants living at 458 refuse to prepare their units. One in particular has terrible housekeeping and will not work with us to prepare their unit for treatment. Another tenant at that address has a unit filled with boxes that contain various things. THEY do not feel it is necessary to
remove these things that harbor the insects. We do NOT do single apartments but do the whole tier that has affected units. It is certainly in NO ONE's best interest to allow problems like this to persist.

Reported recently - but had any inspections or precautions been taken, this would not have cost so much financially, emotionally and sleepwise. Had no idea they were there since May or before - until reading the previous post. Landlord is just treating each unit it spreads to - rather than the entire building as suggested.

The entire building got them. Have had out an exterminator twice now and nothing seems to be working. Have been getting bits all over. Do not know what to do next.
