I was lying on bed, saw a bed bug crawling on bed. Looked at images online to confirm it was a bed bug. Pulled bed away from wall and on side of mattress that was against the wall there was a hole in the matress stained brown and with many live bed bugs around it. I called front desk and they gave me another room. They did not sound surprised or apologetic. Given the lack of surprise, I assume they are aware of the problem.
