doggone the bugs on 09/15/2011
We were getting ready to spend our third night here when we found a live bedbug climbing up the wall. They moved us to another room. They said that they only had them on the second floor before. Never on the first. We talked to another women who has been living here full time and she said that her room is infested with them. She said that she has killed dozens of them. Her mattress is full of them. She has no where else to go. She is staying in room 117. Our first room number was room 116. They
moved us to room 114. We have been unable to talk to the manager. We have asked for a refund. So far we have received nothing. They refused to let us use their washers and dryers to clean our infested clothes. We checked in on September 12,2011 and checked our September 14,2011. We would have left last night but it was too late when we found the bedbug as we have a long drive home. We will never return.
