My boss and 2 employees stayed at the Super 8 back in Nov. 7 - Nov. 10 (3 nights) The 2 employees saw some bugs crawling on the wall. They took pictures with their cell phones & we looked them up & sure enough BED BUGS. Never again will they stay there...

We spent two nights at the Super 8 in Waukegan IL. Room 218. After the first night I noticed something crawling across the bed I had slept in. I put it in a zip loc bag, asked my son to look on the internet to see what a bed bug looks like. Sure enough, it was a bed bug! I took it down to the front desk, they switched us to a different room. It wasn't until that evening that one of the motel staff told me that they had bed bugs in that room before but thought that they had taken care of them. Ne
edless to say I was a little upset! I took this up with the manager the next day. After about a half hour of "conversation" I finally was able to get both nights at no cost. Unless I talk to the corporate office, then he said he would charge my card. He was originally only going to give me 1/2 off our first night. WHAT? I may end up bring home bed bugs and have to deal with them here! He was not very cooperative!
