I am interning in DC this summer. I have paid a lot of money to live in on-campus apartments at Georgetown University. One other roommate and I have bed bugs. The Housing Office has been slow to respond, so we have spent the last several nights sleeping on other people's couches or in spare beds. We are probably just spreading the bugs. I have welts up and down my legs, one my feet, my hands and arms. My roommate's are more swollen than mine.
