3rd infestation in 8 months. Thought I might be free and clear after triple treatment in April/May, however, as of this past friday, 10/8/2010, they're definitely back. I called my management company, which manages a dozen buildings in the area, to ask if they could move me to a building that didn't have a bedbug problem, and was told that they have bedbugs in all of their buildings.

Bedbugs have returned! Have been getting bites for 3-4 weeks now, reached out to Mgmt Co last week, first inspector from prior PCO with bb sniffing dog found "no evidence," despite my getting bites (have ruled out all other potential sources for bites). New PCO coming in. Conversations with other tenants reveal: at least one other tenant with current infestation, at least one other tenant who moved out because of bbs, and a persistent problem with bbs in the building. Mgmt co is not treating

I had a minor bed bug infestation in Apartment No. 301 of this building. My Management Co. was responsive, with a PCO confirming bedbugs within 24 hours of my complaint, and treatment scheduled within one week (I needed that time to prepare my 404-square foot studio apartment for treatment--including bagging ALL items, removing 600 books from my 12' of bookshelf, and moving all furniture 2' away from the wall. However, after treatment, I have had no bites.
