I too live at this address "Normandie Apartments", had my apartment infested 9/2007 and again now. You would think I would have moved after the first incident.

I have been living at the Normandie Apartments for 2 years now and my apartment is going on its 2nd bed bug infestation. I just checked out some blogs and found reports of this apartment building having these issues since 2007.
