I have heard reports about bedbugs at 5741 Colorado Ave from one person and then another,the year of 2009..Dammit didnt think after that I heard two more people had bedbugs and then another NOW ME..ABOUT 5 people complained saying they,had been bitten and my,ass thought I had a allergic reaction to BATH,AND,BODY,WORKS SPRAY..HELL NA CHECKED my new mattress $800 value I bought in 2008 or ,2009 GUESS WHAT? You got it I SAW BEDBBUGS BUGS..GOT me an ,ATTORNEY :-) and evidence ITS ALL OVER THE

I am Gale Varga and I am totally furious that someone accused me of being the one who brought bed bug into this bldg. I have lived here for 30 years and have never done anything harmful to my fellow tenants. HOW DARE YOU!!!! It's just proves how stupid you truly are.

This is Gale Varga and I have not been creating problems. I have stated the facts that Washington Communities does not care about our needs and refuses to resolve the bed bug issue. They are using my name as a trouble maker because I refuse to let Washington Communities walk over us. I am on the tenant associations board and Washington Communities does not like anyone telling them that they are supposed to take care of the bldg.

The bed bug issue at 5741 Colorado was corrected and was due to the tenants bringing in used matresses and buying and using used clothing. Gail Varga is the tenant and she is continually creating problems in the building.

Studio apt 2nd floor. Bedbugs started in April 2009 -- reaction was unknown until June. Finally determined what it acutally was and had to throw away a treasured bed and nightstand, clothes etc. Management was totally uncooperative and non-supportive. Source is the closet. Costs and losses totaled over 1,500.00 and problem is still not resolved. Will just move to avoid this. Be careful!!!
