I lived at 3151 for four years - had bedbugs pretty consistently the entire time. It almost drove me insane - I didn't sleep. The building manager sort of tried to help but the fumigation efforts only drive them from one apt to another. They'd be gone for a month or so and then just come back. I moved out when I bought and left every lats piece of furniture I owned. I did take clothes though, and haven't had an issue since levaing half a year ago, so I think the problem is all in the walls of th

Live in the 4th floor and had bedbugs on and off in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. i am glad to say that none so far in 2009. this specifically happens when someone moves in the same floor. i have heard from other tenants with the same problems in the 2nd & 3rd floors.

3151 Mount Pleasant street, 3rd floor.
Someone in first floor told me they had them too, so I think the whole building is infected.
