To Whom it May Concern:

I too am a resident of the building. I have lived here for many years and I have never had any issues with bed bugs or known of any other tenants with this issue.

With regard to the management company, I have nothing but positive reviews to give them. Over the years I have had emergencies arise in my apartment both on holidays and late at night. In ALL instances, the management company has responded to my requests with the utmost urgency and always provided me with

I've had those bugs for 2 years. I haven't found one alive yet but did find a handful of cadavers. It's been a nightmare to sterilize my living conditions.

My landlord has been uncooperative and refuses to search other units for bed-bugs.

I wish I had a bed-bug sniffing dog.
