I had bedbugs at this location between Oct 2009 and May 2010. The infestation was treated four or five times, and each time the bedbugs returned. I followed all the recommended instructions - put my clothing in bags, washed my sheets once a week, pulled my bed away from the wall, vacuumed frequently, etc - to no avail. From speaking with neighbors, I learned that almost everyone in the building has bedbugs, or "chinches" in Spanish.
